Hello,
I am please to inform you that we have been able to secure a date for a
NACA Realtor's workshop. This event will be held on April 25, 2012 from
12pm to 2pm at the Madison Mission Family Life Center Office; 183 Shelton
Road, Madison, Alabama 35758. The meeting will be located in the
conference room.
This workshop will allow you to function at any of the NACA workshops
without difficulty. NACA works with thousands of real estate agents
nationwide. NACA has established an extremely effective program to return
home buyers to the real estate agents who refer them to NACA. NACA wants
to ensure that your clients has the time to become NACA Qualified (mortgage
ready) and then would be in the best position to work with you. Once your
client is NACA qualified they will then be referred back to you and ready
for the housing search knowing what they can afford. NACA does not charge
you a fee and does not reduce your real estate commission.
